How do I sign up for Operator Pro?
Email us at hello@bayareaboardcare.com with your facility name and license number. We'll set up your featured listing within 1–2 business days.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Operator Pro is $149/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Do families pay anything?
No. Bay Area Board & Care is completely free for families. They can browse listings, read violation records, and contact you directly — no fees ever.
What if I already have a free listing?
We can upgrade your existing listing to featured status. Email us and we'll switch it over.
How does the referral fee work?
For the referral plan, we actively match qualified families to your home. You pay a placement fee of $500–$1,000 only when a resident moves in. No upfront cost.
